Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Free from stains, odors, and damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:
Haley Harris with the following information:
- Order number
- Items you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
